Return Policy

In order to process your return in-store, please be prepared to show one of the following:

• Store Return Receipt – print at home or have ready on your smartphone when you return to the shop. 
• Purchase Confirmation Email – print at home or have ready on your smartphone when you return to the shop.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our shop. Items purchased in-store can be returned with a receipt within 60 days for a full refund in the original form of tender.

Gurrs & Purrs reserves the right to limit returns regardless of receipt. Items purchased by check will be returned as cash. If funds are not available at the store, a shop gift card will be issued.

Returns without a receipt or made after 60 days are eligible for in-store only merchandise credit equal to the lowest company-wide price at which the returned products were sold.
